Create an Account
Registration for Orono Community Education programs is managed through Eleyo. You can create an account in Eleyo at any time so that you're ready to register for a class or program of interest.
To apply for financial assistance, please fill out the Community Education Scholarship Form and return it to the Orono Community Education Office at 705 N. Old Crystal Bay Road, Long Lake, MN 55356. The form can also be faxed to 952-449-8359 or scanned and emailed to Anita at firstname.lastname@example.org.
A senior discount of 10% off is available for adults ages 62 and up. The discount will be automatically applied to your cart during online registration. To ensure you receive the discount, be sure to add your date of birth to your account in Eleyo.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to drop a class, please notify us at 952-449-8350 as soon as you know. Up to three business days prior to the class start date, a refund minus a $10 cancellation fee will be issued. After that time, no refunds will be issued. Partial refunds will be considered if injury or serious illness occurs. Some programs have a more specific refund policy. If Community Education needs to cancel a class, we will contact you and process a full refund.
If school closes during the day due to inclement weather, Community Education will cancel all afternoon and evening activities. Announcements will be broadcast over local media. You may also call the Community Education office at 952-449-8350 for a recorded message.
